Overview: We are excited to announce the release of our new Single Sign-On (SSO) feature, designed to enhance user convenience and security by allowing seamless access to Engage with a single set of login credentials.

Key Features:

• Unified Access: Users can now log in once and gain access to all features without needing to re-enter credentials.
• Enhanced Security: SSO reduces the risk of password fatigue and phishing attacks by minimizing the number of passwords users need to manage.
• Improved User Experience: Streamlined login process improves productivity and reduces login-related frustrations.
• Centralized Authentication: Simplifies user management and authentication processes for administrators.

How to Activate:

• Access Admin Panel: Enable it through admin section of the website by providing and provide a Tenant ID.
• MFA: If your authentication journey already includes multi factor authentication, then you could, optionally disable this in Engage to streamline the login process.

How to Use:

1. Simply go to the login page and you will be redirected to Microsoft to authenticate.

Morale Tracking

Overview: We are thrilled to introduce our new Employee Morale Tracking feature, designed to enhance workplace well-being by recording employees' daily morale and optionally their daily working location. This feature aims to provide valuable insights into employee satisfaction and engagement, helping to create a more supportive and productive work environment.

Key Features:

• Daily Morale Tracking: Employees can easily record their daily morale, providing a continuous stream of data to help identify trends and address issues promptly.
• Optional Location Tracking: Employees have the option to record their daily working location, offering additional context to morale data and helping to understand the impact of different work environments.
• User-Friendly Interface: The system features an intuitive interface that makes it simple for employees to log their morale and location quickly and efficiently.
• Real-Time Analytics: Managers can access real-time analytics and reports to monitor morale trends and make informed decisions to improve workplace conditions.
• Privacy and Security: All data is securely stored and access is restricted to authorized personnel only, ensuring employee privacy and data protection.

How to Activate:

• Access Admin Panel: Administrator can enable this feature for their organisation from the admin area. It is possible to specify morale labels or customise images and specify work locations.

How to Use:

1. Log In: Use your existing credentials to log in to Engage and a morale dialog window will appear daily.
2. Record Morale: Select your current morale level from the provided options and submit.
3. Optional Location: If working locations are provide, employees will see the option to select location.
4. View Current Morale: Users and leaders can view most recent scores on the Morale page.
5. View Reports: Leaders can also access morale reports through the insights dashboard.

Promotional News Feature

Overview: We are pleased to announce the release of our new Promotional News feature, designed to highlight important news and updates. This feature allows administrators to display a link to promoted news in a bar at the top of the website. Multiple promotional news items can be set, but only one will be displayed at a time. Users can also set start and end dates for each promoted news item.

Key Features:

• Top Bar Display: A prominent bar at the top of the website displays a link to the promoted news, ensuring high visibility.
• Multiple News Items: Administrators can set multiple promotional news items, with one being displayed at a time.
• Scheduling: Administrators can set specific start and end dates for each promotional news item, allowing for timely and relevant updates.
• Easy Management: The feature includes a user-friendly interface for adding, editing, and scheduling promotional news items.

How to Use:

1. Access Admin Panel: Log in to the website and access the admin panel using your credentials.
2. Add Promotional News: Navigate to the Manage News section, select the news you want to promote and click "Promoted".
3. Schedule: Set the start and end dates for the promoted news item.
4. Save: Save the news item, and it will be displayed in the top bar according to the specified schedule.
5. Manage News Items: Edit or remove existing promotional news items as needed.

Fixes

• Article Image Not Displaying: Fixed problems related to editing news, when article images were not showing for existing article, which prevented the article from being saved until the images were re-uploaded.
